Because of the shape of some letters, free standing might not be possible for some words. "y, q, p, j, f"
Please reach out first for a preliminary work if you would like free standing.

For words that have 6 or more letters, please choose widths 12 inches or wider as smaller widths cannot be produced due to letters getting squished and becomes esthetically unpleasing.

If a word consists of 9 or more letters, please select widths of 24 inches or wider.

Each order is for one word only. Please change the quantity according to how many words the personalization includes. For instance, "Happy Birthday", two words, place an order for 2 please.

Please note that our items are intended to look imperfect, aged, and vintage. Each piece of wood comes from the tree blessed with knots, holes, cracks and unusual grain markings. Each piece of wood looks different when sanded, stained, or painted. Although we strive to achieve consistent results from piece to piece, we will not try to hide the natural beauty and individuality of each piece.

All of our products are custom cut for you and are NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is a material defect.
